1. Service Description
ClawDoctor is a web-based diagnostic tool that scans your system for OpenClaw residuals. The free tier includes system scanning, safety score dashboard, risk distribution overview, and statistics summary.
The paid Pro Unlock (HK$19.99) provides additional features including full scan details with paths and risk values, cleanup script generation and download, and AI Agent prompt generation.
2. Single Purchase, Single Use
Each purchase of the Pro Unlock is valid for a single use only. This means:
- Each HK$19.99 payment grants access to the Pro features for one diagnostic session only.
- Once you close the session or start a new scan, a new purchase is required to access Pro features again.
- There is no subscription model, no recurring billing, and no permanent access.
- Each purchase is tied to the specific scan session in which it was made.
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because ClawDoctor provides an immediately delivered digital service:
- Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once the payment is processed.
- This includes cases where the user did not fully utilize the Pro features during the session.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
4. Pricing
The current price for a single Pro Unlock session is HK$19.99. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.
5. Disclaimer
ClawDoctor is a diagnostic and script-generation tool. The cleanup scripts and AI prompts provided are generated based on common OpenClaw installation patterns and may not cover all edge cases.
- Users are responsible for reviewing all scripts before execution in their local terminal.
- ClawDoctor is not liable for any data loss, system damage, or other issues resulting from the use of generated scripts.
- The scan results are simulated for demonstration purposes and may not reflect actual system state.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of ClawDoctor are the intellectual property of the ClawDoctor team. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
